My Approach

Finding fulfillment and meaningful work includes, but goes well beyond, resumes and job listings. It's important to learn who you are and what ignites the passion and energy inside you. Working together, we'll find the career that integrates who you are with what you do.

Once we can clearly see the desired end result, we'll work together to create a pathway to that vision.  I'll share critical tools and resources along the way to effectively navigate to where you want to be.

As a result of this approach, some of my clients have landed at great companies like Google, Amazon, and Deloitte. Others have started their own business, redirected their work to nonprofit organizations better aligned to their passions, or switched their career entirely.
